The Sales Associate will be an integral part of our sales team and will focus on the use, adoption, and growth of our eCommerce payments, fraud and payment security solutions. The Sales Associate will be responsible for supporting enterprise sales professionals and their clients in addition to ownership of an individual portfolio of merchants where they will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to our clients. This is a direct client facing role. Role is based in Lehi, UT
- The Sales Associate will be the point of contact for given account, but the account would roll-up to the segment and not the individual.
- Segment would have CPQ and visibility.
- Sales and account management support
- Set up Merchant ID (MIDs)
- Have the ability to address billing issues.
- Ability to translate reports.
- Create support cases.
- Build and communicate health checks for specific accounts.
- Build decks for Business Reviews/QBRs
- Build Coverage for smaller accounts.
- Develop and execute account level strategies that support key business metrics including client retention, revenue growth and profitability.
- Become a trusted advisor with clients by deeply understanding their business and aligning our solutions to their needs.
- Provide expertise on our global payment processing, fraud management and payment security
- Serve as customer advocate
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degreein Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any related field graduating after December 2024.
Account Management or Sales/Upselling experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with customers and strong telephone, and written etiquette skills
A positive attitude while being hyper-organized and comfortable multi-tasking
Ability to deal with customers in a manner that shows sensitivity and tact
Strong financial acumen and salesmanship with the ability to think creatively
Strong organization and time management skills
Demonstrated knowledge of the payments industry
Experience working with systems such as Tableau and Salesforce (or MSFT Dynamics)
Previous experience managing customer relationships
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
