Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Showing, renting and cleaning storage units
- Writing lease contracts
- Making courtesy and collection calls
- Property and facility upkeep including outside grounds
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience (i.e., retail, hospitality, food service, property management) and/or other customer focused roles
- Strong computer skills
- Must be outgoing, friendly, with excellent verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and conduct
- Must have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation to and from work
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Ideal candidates have experience in (not required): Property Management, Leasing, Hospitality, Hotel Front Desk, Sales Associate, Customer Service, Retail Associate, Store Associate, Marketing. Self-Storage Experience Not Required!
