The Sales Associate provides unparalleled hospitality by engaging with customers and Epicenter Cycling staff with positive energy, respect, empathy, and a natural passion for cycling.

The Sales Associate creates a positive, inclusive, and respectful team culture that staff is proud to be a part of, and customers from all backgrounds feel welcomed in. The Sales Associate has an ability to translate a passion for cycling into sales and demonstrates an ability to make customers’ cycling dreams come true. Has strong interpersonal skills by easily connecting with customers, and cultivates meaningful relationships to help grow the cycling community.

Responsibilities

• Connect customers to products that will propel them in their cycling journey.
• Utilizes Digital Fit Kiosk, and Precision Fit techniques to ensure customers receive a correctly sized bike.
• Consistently achieves established sales goals.
• Participates in training, and development to become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Generate and follow up on new sales leads with urgency.
• Ensures the store is merchandised strategically to hit sales targets by maintaining full and well-presented displays throughout the day.
• Monitor, and follow up on sales metrics. Work with the Sales Manager to implement improvement plans to address underperforming areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
