Sales Associate Firearms/Shooting Range

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide product recommendations to customers
- Conduct product demos and explain features and benefits to customers
- Upsell additional products or services to increase sales revenue
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, especially in gun sales

- The ideal candidate will have experience with firearms and the paperwork necessary to complete transfers and sales, be able to communicate effectively and be able to step in to assist with Range Safety Officer duties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
