We are looking to hire a Part-time Sales Associate to work with and educate our customers on Sunmeds CBD products, giving them the best red carpet customer service experience possible. This is a rotating weekend job, with weekdays required as well. Available work hours will average 18-36 hours per week.
Though this is a retail store, we require EXTENSIVE interactions with every single customer. Thus, the candidate needs to have strong sales, communication skills, and active listening skills as this is more of an active sales position (as opposed to a cashier). This includes educating them about CBD, the Endocannabinoid System, and fielding / responding properly to questions of a medical nature.

Requirements:
+ Daytime availability (10am - 7pm) (12-6 Sundays) all week and weekends + Reliable transportation + Available within 24-hour notice (uncommon, but possible) + Cash handling skills + Excellent communication skills + Strong drive to learn and self-educate + Sales experience strongly desired + Dress and conduct oneself in a business-professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Red carpet customer service
+ ALWAYS maintain a professional, friendly attitude + Maintain cleanliness of the store + Track store inventory + Follow up with previous customers via phone + Outside marketing (passing out flyers, sign spinning by the road, placing door hangers, etc.) + Occasionally assist with local community events + All other tasks within reason assigned by management

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
