SalaryDiamond R Equipment is seeking the right person for our Sales position! We're a locally owned Agriculture/Landscape equipment dealership. We sell tractors, zero turn mowers, construction equipment & agriculture implements/attachments. We're looking for someone that is self-motivated, organized, personable and willing to learn & grow with us.
Responsibilities
Sales role at Diamond R Equipment consists of but is not limited to:
- Be knowledgeable about the product.
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Assist customers with financing options.
- Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements.
- Maintain & organize sales documentation.
- Collaborate with service & parts departments to complete sales.
- Maintain showroom & outdoor lot organization.
- Must be a deal closer and except every deal as challenge.
- Maintain social media sites, including Facebook and Website.
- Willing to make visits to customers.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
- Experience with agriculture/landscape equipment.
- Sales & customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Experience with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,500.00 - $110,000.00 per year
