Sales Associate

We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our virtual team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing insurance product and service information on their permanent coverages.  We work with all major organizations across the US including firefighters, teachers, nurses & veterans.

Reps can expect:

• Members are provided by company/ No cold calling or self prospecting
• Commission pay (weekly advance and bonus)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and qualifications
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Build and maintain relationships with new members as well as existing
• Obtain license to be able to service our members
