Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant/Associate to join our team in the Houston area. The main responsibility of this role is to help with the fulfillment of orders and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure a smooth, efficient process.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with order processing, including entering and updating customer information, tracking orders, and resolving any discrepancies.

2. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.

3. Maintain strong communication with customers, providing order status updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

4. Collaborate with sales team members to support sales efforts and help achieve sales targets.

5. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to better assist customers.

6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.

7. Prepare and maintain various reports, including sales performance, inventory, and customer feedback.

8. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field.

2. Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.

3. Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or order fulfillment role is preferred.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
