Sales Associate

The Barn Store is looking for a motivated, driven, and organized Sales Associate to join our team. Duties & Responsibilities:

- Meet with customers and guide them in building the perfect barn for their needs

- Calculating and estimating pole barns

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Produce accurate work orders based on customer specifications

- Maintain effective communication between customers and the team, ensuring timely and accurate updates on project progress

- Assist customers with their pole barn needs, providing expert advice and guidance
- Process sales quotes and contracts accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of pole barns and metal buildings a plus
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service to our clients
- Ability to effectively sell products and close sales
- Proficiency in product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Organizational and Excellent Communication/Interpersonal Skills
