Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa is seeking a rock star retail salesperson to join our high preforming team! Our organization is expanding quickly, with the number of locations nearly doubling over the past 12 months. Job Duties

• Execute sales process to meet monthly goals
• Create a pampering experience for our clients
• Create and post social media content
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and Skincare
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude

Job Requirements:

• Track record of metric based sales experience is preferred
• Desire to be in a sales position
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests
• Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
• Professional appearance & demeanor
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
