SalaryRare openings for Sales Associates in the #1 Honda store in all North Florida! We average 250-300+ vehicles and the monthly sales average per Sales Associates normally exceeds 13 per person. NO GAMES!!! We have many Sales Associates that make over 120K +++ a year! This is "THE" Automotive sales job that professionals are in search of!
Due to our overwhelming growth, we are needing to hire 3 to 4 additional Sales Associates. 2 for internet sales and 1-2 for the sales floor. Associates here have a very strong pay plan and are compensated on front and back side of the deal.
Do you have a POSITIVE ATTITUDE? A strong work ethic, stable background and the desire to succeed. If you are LAZY, then no need to apply. We are competitive and have fun. This is a casual atmosphere but very professional. We prefer experienced professionals but, experience is not necessary. If you have the above mentioned characteristics, we will be happy to train. - Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness
- Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
- Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
- Valid driver’s license
