Scope of Work
Support studio with managing all sales, marketing, and studio operations during normal operating hours of 9am-3pm, Sat-Sun. Responding to sales opportunities within normal business hours. The role will be primarily responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 80-90% sales and 10-20% studio operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
Sales
· Meet minimum Monthly Performance Metrics
· Manage retail sales efforts to achieve benchmarks and suggest promotions to stay on target with goals
· Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking
· Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
· Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts
· Collect out-standing dues
Marketing
· Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
· Ensure that marketing efforts are consistent and brand aware
· Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
· Participate in the Quarterly Marketing Plan and carryout the objectives therein
Operations
· Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
· Supervise Sales Representatives and Flexologists
· Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.
· Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
· Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures
· Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
Qualifications and Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years fitness or wellness industry experience, and/or sales experience.
Essential Skills
· Excellent one on one communication skills-Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional environment
· Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
· Strong Leadership and quality assurance skills
· Able to work without close supervision
· Work flexible hours when not in studio, including long or irregular hours
· Be physically present in studio for 75% of work week hours and 25% remote outside sales work
· Delegate work to staff and manage work loads
· Respond to employee and client complications in a positive manner
