Soap Consultant Job Description
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Task and Responsibilities
· Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
· Ability to operate POS system and handle cash and card transactions.
· Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your customers’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
· Ability to properly engage with all customers, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a customer.
· Ability to make recommendations for products.
· Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
· Ability to multi-task. Juggling production of products and engaging new customers upon their arrival.
· Assist in restocking and straightening retail sales floor.
· Assists with maintaining cleanliness of store, retail area, party room, makery, restrooms, laundry and storage areas.
· Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced store environment, while upholding all company policies and procedures.
· Ability to answer phones professionally and relay important information to management members.
· Conduct curbside order transactions over the phone.
· Assist in development of party scheduling, planning, and execution.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
· Ability to bend at the waist.
· Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, sometimes more than 50 lbs.
· Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
· Ability to perform store cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $11.00 per hour
