Sales Associate

We are looking for the following: Must be 18 yrs old to apply. Bilingual Spanish Speaking Preferred. Reliable candidates(can not have frequent job changes), attendance is a must! Reliable transportation. Wireless background Preferred but willing to train the right person! Retail Sales Representative background Preferred. Available to work Monday-Saturday from 9am-8pm and Sundays 10pm-4pm. Must be able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed by the Market. Must be willing to take a shift of 10 to 7 at any of our stores (visit www.boostmobileflorida.com for more detail) Able to multitask and handle any situation especially during busy times! Sales Representative Job Description and Responsibility: Ensuring the team works efficiently and effectively. Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories. Provide outstanding customer service. Strive to retain and gain new customers (personal and business) Resolve customers’ problems and complaints Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process payments Perform daily opening and closing procedures Maintain store appearance Ability to stand or walk for extended hours Ability to provide any level of coverage if needed, including nights, weekends, and / or holidays.
