Job Summary/Description:

This position will report to the Local Sales Manager and will assist the sales dept in all aspects of day-to-day sales operations for the station. Ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, detail-oriented, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work in a changing, fast-paced environment.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Assists in all general administrative duties as needed
• Provides customer support for station advertising clients
• Enters broadcast and digital orders
• Assists in managing customer relationship management (CRM) tool
• Assists in preparing proposals, creating presentations, pulling invoices & avails
• Covers front desk/reception as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proficient in PowerPoint
• Word, Excel, Outlook
• Overall knowledge of basic computer skills
• College degree preferred or equivalent in years of experience
