Sales Assistant

Reflex Performance Resources Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our growing team. This person responsible for Assisting in sales of our women’s activewear line to specialty retailers, wholesale clubs, and major retail chains.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Sales supervisor in account management helping to maintain and growing relationships with existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Cold Calling and establishing contacts with new accounts.

• Assist in set up and presentation of product line to customers to ensure products meet the requirements of each accounts needs.

• Manage and maintain showroom samples and overall organization of the showroom area.

• Prepare New Bulk orders on excel, follow up on open orders, review incoming Po's for accuracy prior to shipments of product to customers.

• Additional general Assistant responsibilities including but not limited to; shipping samples to customers,

Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Business or Fashion buying and merchandising (Equivalent Sales Assistant experience may be considered.)

• Top Notch organizational skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent time management skills

• Confidence to speak with and work face to face with buyers/clients as needed

• Ability to work in a fast paced, ever evolving environment

• Ability to multi task

• Knowledge of Microsoft programs including excel, word, outlook etc.

• Some travel may be required as needed.
