Sales Assistant – Hybrid - ($45 to $55 Annual DOE)
ROLE SUMMARY:Sales Assistant Division 8 &/OR 10
Our Sales Assistant is responsible for assisting their assigned Sales Team in proactively selling to new and existing customers, converting inquiries received into the business, negotiating prices, and processing orders from start to finish. You will help assist in the sale completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned orders/customers. You need to be comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, and co-workers. You can self-direct and have a high attention to detail. You have a basic knowledge of the construction industry (Division 8 &/or 10 would be a plus); strong computer skills; and are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Zoom. You have strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Organizational Structure:
The Sales Assistant reports to the Sales Manager and General Manager for supervision and training.
Physical demand for this position:
While performing the duties for this job, you, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods and may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. We do promote team lifting.
