Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and maintaining relationships
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify potential business opportunities
- Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and shipp of products or services
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Assist in coordinating sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
