Sales Assistant

```Duties```
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any customer inquiries or issues
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and materials for client meetings
- Support the sales team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in using technology for sales purposes, such as CRM software or other sales tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze market trends and customer data
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Knowledge of technical sales is a bonus
