Stellant Systems currently has an opening for an on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist at our Torrance, California location. In this position, you will support our Business Development, Sales, and Marketing functions. Reporting to the corporate marketing and communications director, in this role, you will coordinate with other functions to help deliver innovative Sales and Marketing, branding, and product material that will boost Stellant’s brand reputation while also supporting Business Development/ Sales in growing the company portfolio.
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support BD, Sales & Marketing teams with general organizational/administrative tasks
- Sales Rep Network / Salesforce coordination and support
- Help in the development of sales/ marketing collateral (presentations, sell sheets, white-papers, social media posts, market reports, press releases, employee/customer news briefs/newsletters)
- Coordinate social media, and digital marketing content (external & internal websites)
- Support and represent (as needed) at corporate events and industry tradeshows/ conferences
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Thorough understanding of marketing functions (PR, Print/ Digital Advertising, Social Media, Events)
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & Salesforce) and web development applications (e.g., Word Press, Dreamweaver)
- Well-organized, detail oriented with exceptional communication and writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees, management, and external customers/ partners
- The ability to represent the company as a knowledgeable resource; and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aerospace Defense industry experience preferred
