Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Description Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will own our efforts to proactively pursue and secure major deals, refine our content and Marketing strategies,, and manage our social media presence. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker with a knack for driving engagement, generating leads, and boosting sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and sales funnel optimization. Experience in selling professional coaching services or non-tangible products is a major plus, as this role requires a nuanced understanding of marketing and selling intangible value propositions. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical abilities to track performance and pivot strategies as needed.
Primary Responsibilities: Top 20%
Sales
- Lead and be accountable to our monthly net sales goals around coaching and training
- Develop clear sales funnels, follow-up strategies, and conversion scripts tailored to our diverse product lines, including Coaching, Events, Keynotes, Training, and Corporate offerings.
- Maintain close collaboration with the Sales Account Executive to monitor sales metrics and enhance conversion rates through effective communication strategies.
- Oversee the management of our sales systems and CRM to ensure efficient operation and data integrity.
- Analyze financial data to assess conversion metrics, sales revenue, and the overall effectiveness of sales strategies.
Content and Marketing
- Craft and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our product offerings and Marketing goals, ensuring consistency across all channels including social media, email, and the website.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Graphics, and Product teams to create impactful email campaigns and content that resonate with our target audience.
- Design and implement marketing strategies and incentive programs to enhance engagement, attract leads, and boost referrals.
Social Media and Digital Presence
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aimed at increasing engagement by at least 10%.
- Leverage social media as a lead magnet, utilizing innovative tactics to attract new customers.
- Oversee the redesign of all social media channels and the company website to ensure brand cohesion and a seamless customer journey.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Located near Austin, Texas is preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and sales management.
- Strong proficiency in social media platforms, HubSpot CRM software, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
