Sales And Marketing Coordinator

Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all trade show events in the CRM and update each Regional Sales Manager with the details. 
• Assist with marketing email campaigns for Sales and training departments about new and existing products.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to increase customer satisfaction and analyze responses to effectively improve our sales process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Create posts and updates to our Tek84 customer facing media platforms to engage and build product and company awareness.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research and analyze our industry trends to change and grow our business offerings and products.
• Track trade show inventory and reorder products when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, training, and service to assist with their business needs and updating processes.
• Update sales orders in the CRM when needed and assist with product demonstrations.

Qualifications:

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, Social Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Willing to train for newly graduated candidates.
• 1 year of experience in marketing, events, sales coordinator, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to problem solve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM tools (Creatio, Salesforce, ect.).
• Experience with Email Marketing campaigns.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
• Google AdWords experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in the military, law enforcement, or security is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite.

Competitive pay $21 - $29 hourly based on experience.
