Sales And Customer Relations Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Relations Representative to join our team. As the Sales and Customer Relations Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, establishing relationships with potential customers, and converting them into long-term clients.

Responsibilities: -Identify potential customers and develop relationships with them -Generate new leads and follow-up on existing leads -Create and implement a sales strategy to convert leads into customers -Provide ongoing support and communication to existing customers -Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, emails, and meetings -Participate in trade shows and other marketing events to promote the company's products and services -Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with potential customers -Work closely with the team to develop and execute effective sales strategies -Meet and exceed monthly sales targets -Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Sales and Customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
