Primary responsibilities include:
- Responsible to close sales and contribute to exceeding expectations of territory sales goals.
- Understand the needs and expectations of the customer and provide relevant solutions.
- Identify potential new Healthcare opportunities by researching the territory and uncover new potential opportunities.
- Cold Call potential targets and work through the sales cycle to close from start to finish via phone and Teams (Virtual).
- As necessary travel to customers to support closing and maintaining territory.
- Utilize sales reports i.e., Qlikview, SalesForce, to analyze business to determine customer needs and develop strategic plan.
- Represent company to promote our products and programs at trade shows, conferences and other association meetings.
- Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Respond promptly to customers’ needs and solicit customer feedback to improve service and relationships.
- Work closely with Distributor partners to develop relationships and promote service, programs and products.
- Effectively communicate key information, expertise, and strategies with FQ personnel in your region.
- Develop, grow, and maintain an active and robust sales pipeline.
- Maintain good notes/records in Sales Force as well as handle all administrative duties effectively and in a timely manner.
- Participate in budgeting process. Be able to identify risks and opportunities associated with assigned territory.
- Healthcare Sales Experience preferred; however, consideration will be given for self-motivated applicants with a strong desire to be in sales.
- Bachelor's Degree. In lieu of degree, additional experience may be considered
- Expect 50% travel with overnights in the territory.
- Teams Presentation and communicating digitally and virtually.
- Standard knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Creative thinking, possess ability to resolve critical problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high level of confidence.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
