We are excited to add an experienced contracted Sales Representative to our Admissions and Enrollment team.
We offer the opportunity to work remotely / from home to those individuals with exceptional sales skills and a track record of proven results in a sales environment.
We are interested in individuals with successful consultative B2C sales experience, who take ownership of their success, are goal-oriented, and are driven to exceed KPIs and Quotas.
You will be working with the leadership team and exposed to:
- Calling, texting, and emailing Applicants (B2C Sales)
- Qualifying applicants on the Phone/Zoom
- Setting consultative sales appointments
- Closing and convert new inquiries and applicants into paid sales
- Collecting registration payments
- Hitting daily/weekly/monthly quotas and KPIs
- Operations in a high-paced, digital startup every day
We are looking for remote sales, full-cycle, sales consultants to help manage our multi-stage HIGH volume Admissions & Enrollment applicant funnel in the most efficient way possible.
Work will primarily include:
- Qualifying leads, applicants, and inbound inquiries
- Talking to applicants on the phone (love for people and customer service)
- Closing deals independently on the phone and Zoom (1-2 call close)
- Collecting registration payments
- Updating applicant status in our systems
- Moving leads through the sales pipeline using CRM tools (familiarity with GHL CRM is a plus)

Requirements:
- 3+ Years of high performance as a Sales Rep
- Very comfortable with short sales cycles for mid-high ticket consumer services
- Consultative Sales Experience: Selling value and outcomes, not tactics or price
- Comfortable with remote tools, CRM, and sales processes
- Natural Sales Motor: Eager to exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Positive, People-Person Attitude
- Someone who is HUNGRY and EAGER to learn A LOT
- Common sense and ability to think and work independently
- A passion for helping professionals advance their careers and see them succeed
- Laptop, microphone, and webcam with High-Speed Internet in a quiet work environment
- Remote Work Experience Preferred
- Bonus Points if you’ve sold with a “consultative approach,” direct to consumer (D2C) solutions in these industries: Health/Fitness Memberships, Home Services (In-home consultations), Matchmaking, Coaching Programs, Career Coaching, or Professional Development programs.
Work will not include:
- Micromanagement
- Direct reports (unless promoted to Sales Manager)
- Anything that you or anyone else thinks is a waste of time
Compensation:
- Inbound Leads are provided if you use our systems and processes for tracking purposes (no cold calling or hunting for prospects)
- This is a full-time 1099 Contractor role
