Hanwha, one of the largest multi-divisional corporations in South Korea, has acquired Cimarron Composites, Inc. of Huntsville, AL and constructed a new manufacturing facility here in Opelika!
Founded in 2015, Hanwha Cimarron designs, manufactures, and tests composite pressure vessels for a variety of aerospace and industrial uses – including rockets (for NASA, etc.), submersibles, CNG tube trailers, and much more. We specialize in all types of composite pressure vessels for various industrial/storage uses, including hydrogen tube trailers, ultra-high pressure tanks for hydrogen filling stations, and tanks for hydrogen powered vehicles.
We’re adding talented individuals in key roles now in preparation for anticipated growth of the business. Come join us as we get ready for an exciting new adventure! We’re currently hiring for the role of Sales Support Admin– duties and responsibilities highlighted below:
RESPONSIBLITIES:
· Receives and processes purchase orders.
· Issues sales transaction invoices.
· Verifies orders, including customer’s personal information and payment details.
· Contacts customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
· Maintains and updates sales and customer records, compiles monthly sales reports.
· Expedites orders through internal liaison.
· Directs feedback from customers to relevant departments.
· Identifies new prospective customers or opportunities.
· Facilitates/supports sales/leadership/other meetings as may be required.
· Supports sales team with other administrative tasks as may be required.
REQUIREMENTS:
· HS Diploma required, AS or BS deg in Business or similar preferred.
· Previous experience in Sales Administration, inside sales, marketing, or similar role.
· Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
· Familiarity with sales/marketing reports and records.
· Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, SAP experience a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
