Sales Account Manager

With a focus on personal service and efficient, high-quality production, Brilliant serves clients primarily in the college, university, museum, advertising, and graphic design sectors.

We are seeking a full-time remote Sales Account Manager to join Brilliant. The Sales Account Manager will play a crucial role in driving new business, developing and executing strategic plans, and maintaining a deep understanding of client needs. The Sales Account Manager will also ensure client satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and with exceptional quality.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE at least 5+ years of experience working in the printing industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in account management and sales
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
