WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As an experienced Sales Account Executive, you'll sell our line of products to brands, music companies, and promotional products companies where a value-added service can be applied to our stock blank apparel. You're comfortable generating sales lead with new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones. You'll be able to understand a prospective client's needs and offer an ideal solution. You have strong communication skills and have a positive track record of exceeding outlined goals.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Build and maintain a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identify and suggests products and services to meet those needs.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; respond to all inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues that may arise post-sale in a timely and professional manner.
- Serve as liaison between client companies and operations staff.
- Understand and communicate information regarding company products, services, and policies and procedures to new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with sales leadership aid in developing pricing, products, and promotions
- Gather information on local competition and prevalent industry and business climate within the region; communicates information to management and others as needed.
- Negotiate contracts and price agreements.
- Ensure all required client paperwork is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship issues.
- Collaborate with operations team, managers, and other staff to confirm that orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
- Participate on business/trade events that impact business unit.
- Participate in team strategic sales meetings.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Sales and negotiations
- Ability to secure meetings with companies to engage in discussions in regards to our product
- Must be a proactive self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and people skills.
- Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Creative, flexible, and innovative collaborator
- Demonstrated ability to make successful presentations to individuals and/or groups at all levels of an organization
- Strong ability to manage priorities, workflow, and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- Excellent Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Must be able to travel locally and nationally as necessary.
Salary:
$50K -199k – Base + Commission
