Job Description
As an Account Director, you must be service and solutions oriented with a proven track record in selling and managing printing and graphic design projects from brief through completion and fulfillment. You must understand Large Format Printing pricing, materials, and processes with experience in 3D builds and fabrication a definite plus.
We have extensive, in-house support and project management, so this position is mostly commission-based and focused on revenue generation and new business development. With no commission ceiling, it could be very lucrative for the right person and a unique, open-ended opportunity for anyone looking to grow their existing client base in our industry. We work across many mediums and industries for our clients, this is a position for someone who enjoys a challenge that varies from day to day and wants to grow within a fun, creative and growing business.
Skills and requirements:
* Proven track record of sales and business development within the Large Format or retail display industries
* Creative thinker and problem solver
* Highly self-motivated to drive new business including cold calling
* Solution-oriented sales approach
* Team player with ability to develop proposals, negotiate pricing and support credit term policies in conjunction with support staff members
* Effective communicator and presenter with a polished, professional and confident demeanor
* Proven history of proactive anticipation of project requirements, risks and problem solving
* Ability to brief in and manage both graphic design and printing projects along with help from supporting team members
