We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring that our production goals are met, while assuring safety is our number one goal. ```Duties```
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the shift, including production planning, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Oversee food production and kitchen operations
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback as necessary
- Collaborate with other supervisor to develop strategies for improving overall efficiency and timely processing
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee growth
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in shift management or supervisory role within the industry
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in the management and production processes
- Exceptional employee relation skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
