ComResource is looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow Engineer.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow experience, preferably at least 2 years.
We are seeking an Identity Access Management Engineer who can learn new technologies quickly, and who has excellent communication and customer service skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting the including but not limited to:
- IAM - Identity Access Management
- LDAP – Lightweight Directory Access Protocol, SSO – Single Sign-On, SAML – Security Assertion Markup Language, or WS Federation – Web Service
- Cloud applications such as Office 365, Salesforce, Workday, etc.
This individual will work closely with IT support teams and end-users to address access-related questions and issues. This role does require 3rd tier support for our tools, so some non-core hours should be anticipated. SailPoint and/or Okta certifications desired.
