Salary```Duties```:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, EHS, and EPA regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention.
- Provide safety training to employees on topics such as CPR, first aid, and emergency response.
- Develop and maintain safety data sheets (SDS) for hazardous materials used in the workplace.
- Monitor workers' compensation claims and collaborate with insurance providers to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement a comprehensive safety program that promotes a culture of safety awareness.
```Qualifications```:
- Bachelors Degree preferred or High School Diploma and equivalent years of experience.
- Proven experience as a Safety Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, workers' compensation laws, and environmental health and safety standards.
- Strong understanding of root cause analysis techniques and incident investigation procedures.
- Certification in CPR, first aid, or other relevant emergency response training.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
