Position Description: QPS Employment Group is hiring a Safety Field Rep, in West Allis, WI. This person will facilitates, develops, and updates safety training and Risk Management programs for internal employees as well as Associate Employees. Responsibilities:Makes risk management recommendations to sales and service regarding staffing business
Creates and facilitates QPS and Customer Safety programming development and recommendations to support customers
QPS Internal (including onboarding) and customer staff safety training and auditing
Performs customer facility evaluations
Collaborate with safety team, corporate department, sales and branch operations and customers to reduce severity of injuries in the field
Performs accident Investigations for severe or frequent incidents
Assists in the development program and training materials
Performs WC Class coding and administrative work of onboarding new customer accounts
Schedules customer tours, meetings, training, etc. for Safety Services and Staffing Safety divisions
Conducts Tier 1 Accident Investigation and Position Assessment review
Audits processes such as quarterly branch risk appraisals
Maintains systems, spreadsheets, various reports and records.
Responds to branch inquiries using pre-established guidelines
Assists in coordinating events
Requirements:
Bachelors in Environmental Safety and Health preferred
High school diploma or GED required
Up to 100% travel. Reliable transportation is needed along with a valid driver's license, meeting a satisfactory driving record through a driving record check, and 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage
3 5 years of related experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Provides a high level of customer service
Maintains professional confidentiality
Leads and directs full time safety consulting initiatives
Upholds integrity in actions
Utilizes effective time management
