Employee Orientation

                Go over packet and make sure all forms are filled out.

                Process driver authorization (let foreman know if employee can’t drive)

                Set up/create account for job specific training for employee.

Job Specific site Training

·         Gatefeed set up employees account purchase and assign training

·         MSHA set up training with school and help with via zoom trainings. File certs in each employee file as well as the MSHA book and copy book. Complete each new task training for each employee and make sure all documents have signatures and employees have a copy

·         ISNetworld create and assign training, upload TQ training dates, upload picture/print and make temporary badge for employee. File certs/TQ training in each employee’s file

·         Avetta set up account/upload employee picture assign training for site

·         Certain sites have specific videos and tests we have saved on training computers. Assist the employee and file test in each employees file

·         Process screening paperwork /background checks per site and file in each employee file as well as sending/uploading to site contacts

·         Check training dates for foreman and project managers.

Sharepoint

·         Create job/foreman file upload all JSA’s, toolbox talks, Audits, safety dailies, lift insp, safety stand downs, and any other miscellaneous paperwork to each job/foreman file

·         File all employee training/certs, return to work, and any other employee miscellaneous documentation

·         File employees respiratory Questionnaire, fit test, clearance

·         Assist with safety documents and organizing forms that go to field.

New Jobs/Foreman\

·         Organized and printed off Supervisor binders, safety manual, SDS, clinic info, job posters, add into SharePoint if not already in there.

·         Reach out to foreman if I am not getting their daily paperwork.

                Assist foreman with any additional paperwork they need

Safety Equipment/forms

·         Calibrate LEL/O2 monitors keep a log off check in/out

·         Clean up monitors when return/send in for repairs when needed

·         Clean up/log check in of hoods
