We are seeking a skilledSaddle Tree Assemblerto join our team. As aSaddle Tree Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling Saddle Trees according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble Saddle Trees according to specifications and quality standards
• Use hand and power tools to shape and cut wood
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• On-site:Yoakum, TX
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in woodworking or a related field
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Some standing and walking; mostly sitting required up to 10 hours per day

• Hand usage required up to 10 hours per day

• Frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds

• Reaching, stooping, bending, and twisting required occasionally

Work Environment(This position requires that the employee be able to work in and around the following elements):

• In close proximity to loud machinery
