Saddle Assembler (experienced)

As a Saddle Assembler (also known as Saddle Maker, Saddle Craftsman), you'll expertly assemble various components of high-quality saddles, including the seat, skirt, billets, and hardware. You'll ensure quality control, troubleshoot assembly issues, and collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in saddle making or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in saddle assembly or related field, with a demonstrated track record of crafting high-quality saddles.
• Proficiency in saddle construction techniques, including knowledge of different saddle styles, materials, and components.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving production methods and technologies.
• Ability to stand and move around for extended periods. Manual dexterity and hand strength for handling tools and materials. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 40 pounds.
