Super, Awesome & Amazing is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Operations Manager. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our active entertainment center, ensuring a high level of efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial success. The Operations Manager will have enhanced responsibilities, including the authority to make hiring and firing decisions, as well as a focus on managing and optimizing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.

Super, Awesome & Amazing is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Operations Manager. This position plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our active entertainment center, ensuring a high level of efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial success. The Operations Manager will have enhanced responsibilities, including the authority to make hiring and firing decisions, as well as a focus on managing and optimizing the Profit and Loss (P&L) statement.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
- Provide strong leadership to department heads and shift leaders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Financial Management:
- Manage and optimize the P&L statement, identifying areas for cost control and revenue enhancement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to create and manage budgets.
Hiring and Staff Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for all departments.
- Conduct performance reviews and make decisions regarding promotions or disciplinary actions.
- Manage terminations and handle employee relations issues in collaboration with HR.
Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for the entertainment center's growth and improvement.
- Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and customer experience improvements.
Quality Control:
- Establish and enforce quality control standards to uphold the entertainment center's reputation.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to maintain high standards.
Facility Maintenance and Upkeep:
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment, facilities, and landscaping.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repairs, upgrades, and safety concerns.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to address any regulatory issues.
Problem Resolution:
- Address operational challenges promptly and implement effective solutions.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated customer and staff concerns.
Collaboration with Senior Management:
- Communicate regularly with senior management on operational performance.
- Provide input on strategic decision-making and future planning.
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to make decisions related to hiring, firing, and employee management.
Knowledge of P&L statements and financial management.
Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to long-term planning.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
