Compensation: Commission-based with a $45,000 annual bonus salary

Projected Yearly Earnings: $80,000 to $100,000

Travel Requirement: 14 to 18 days per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help elevate and increase sales across Blue Compass through RV show and in store field support.
  • Represent Blue Compass RV at RV shows nationwide, setting up shows and selling RVs.
  • Travel for 14 to 18 days per month, supporting local dealerships and expanding our customer base.
  • Deliver outstanding sales results through engaging customer interactions and expert knowledge of our RV products.
  • Coordinate with local dealerships to enhance our presence and Support sales activities.
  • Manage the logistics of travel and event setup, ensuring a professional presentation at each location.
  • Work during weekends and travel extensively as part of the job requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a passion for the RV industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to travel and work on weekends.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to support local dealerships and the broader RV community.
