A Day in the Life as an RV Sales Consultant with Us: With over 1000 RVs in stock at any given time to sell, the sky is the limit for an RV Sales Consultant with us! On a typical day, you will help the customer locate/select their RV and options best suited to each customer's needs, negotiate a clear and ethical sales closure and complete all sales documentation accurately. You will also maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options and promotions. You will have strong support from management for continuous training and education to ensure your long-term success! Great American RV provides you with all the equipment you may need. We also provide you with paid time off, a 401K, health insurance, dental, and vision.
Required Qualifications:
- auto, tractor, power sports, or mobile home sales experience
- 5 day work week with Saturdays required
Qualifications to be an RV Sales Consultant:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Sales experience with verifiable proof of meeting sales targets
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Excellent customer service focus
- High level of commitment
- Neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
Range of Pay: $20 per hour PLUS comission (anticipated annual income of $80K-$100K based on performance)
