Responsibilities
- Provide customers with exceptional service and assist them in finding the camper/products that fit their needs.
- Facilitate the entire sales process between the customer and necessary department or co-worker during and after the sale
- Maintain first name basis relationships with customers to assist with any present and future needs
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints
- Keep an organized log of customers and ability to work with CRM software
- Stay updated on RV industry trends and market changes
- Be willing to take on additional tasks that benefit the dealership or help with co workers
- Maintain a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience required
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Strong negotiation skills
- Friendly demeanor
