RV grounds/common area

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Daily trash pickup on sites ( must be able to lift 25lbs)

- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, showers, and laundry facility

- Replenish supplies in the bathrooms

- Sweep, mop, and vacuum front office/ check- in areas

- Empty trash cans and recyclables into disposal areas

- Skim pool, clean and organize pool furniture

- Small minor maintenance required

- Friendly and Professional - able to deal with customers when they are on-site while cleaning

- Self-starter- able to identify work that needs to be done and do it without being instructed to do so

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
