Our global Operations team make it possible for us to offer worldwide shipping to more than 180 countries, including same-day delivery to New York, London and Milan, while providing a seamless shopping experience across mobile, tablet and desktop, with easy returns.

We have 9 distributions centres and 11 Customer Care centres who work with in 11 different languages and are available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Operations are now seeking a talented Return to Vendor Associate to join the Operations team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Location: Mahwah, NJ
Job Openings: 1 Available
Hours: Sunday- Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. (Full-time)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Monitor and control damaged inventory
• Monitor and fulfill all RTV (Return to Vendor) requests
• Research inventory discrepancies with the ability to reconcile them
• Responsible for random receipt audits/reconciliations
• Ability to effectively document damaged product
• Track and report non-conforming product
• Resolve any inventory issues in a timely manner
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be willing and able to pass a forklift certification test
• Complete any other assigned duties within the department when requested

The type of person we are looking for:

• Previous experience in a stock control or logistics role, preferably in the fashion industry (warehouse environment experience preferred)
• Fully conversant with PC based systems, including stock management systems and MS Office
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Numerate with good spelling and grammar
• Proficient with computers is a must (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel; Internet)
• It is essential to be able to demonstrate clear written and spoken communication skills with other business functions externally and internally
• Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines through exceptional organizational skills
• A team player with self-confidence, assertiveness and personal motivation
• The ability to exceed expectations for our demanding customer base
