As a Route Relief Salesperson for Kowalski Companies, Inc., you will be responsible for servicing an established and potential customer base, ensuring product availability, and maximizing sales opportunities within a designated route. Your primary goal is to meet and
exceed sales targets while providing top-notch customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
- Service and maintain a predefined route, visiting customers on a regular basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Sell company products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ensure Kowalski products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and merchandised for maximum visibility.
- Monitor product freshness and quality, rotating stock to minimize waste.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competition.
- Prospect for new accounts.
- Special projects at Kowalski headquarters.
Required Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years previous sales experience.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move product inventory.
- Reliable transportation
- Route Area could include but not limited to, Metro Detroit, Brighton, East Lansing, Lansing, Okemos, Jackson, and Ann Arbor, MI.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
