Job Description
As a Sales Representative at Trader Bo's, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach and increasing market penetration within the retail industry. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with large national chains, gas stations, grocery stores, and other forms of convenience stores. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell our products/services, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
Cold-Calling and Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients within the national chain and convenience store sector. Initiate cold-calls, emails, and other outreach methods to introduce our offerings.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts. Understand their needs, challenges, and preferences to tailor solutions effectively.
Product/Service Presentation: Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our products/services to potential clients. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with clients, striving to secure profitable contracts. Ensure timely closure of deals.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using our CRM system. Provide regular reports on sales performance and opportunities.
Travel: Travel to client locations as needed to meet in person, showcase products, and build rapport (gas expenses will be reimbursed).
Commission-Based Compensation: Initially, your compensation will be commission-based, incentivizing your success in acquiring new clients.
Hourly Pay and Commission: Once you have proven your ability to consistently meet sales targets and build a strong client portfolio, you will transition to a combination of hourly pay and commission.
