Route Sales Driver, CDL Roll Off for Manatee, Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties: Starting at $25/hr plus commission and bonuses, PTO, Paid Holidays, Profit Sharing and HSA matching contributions
redbox+ Dumpsters of the Suncoast is seeking a sales oriented roll-off truck driver for this hybrid position. To be successful, the candidate will have at least two years of clean CDL Class A or B driving experience, a strong sales acumen, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This is a remote-flexible role that doesn't require you be in the office and allows you to work from the field.
Responsibilities:

• Operate roll-off trucks to deliver and pick up dumpsters according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt and courteous interactions with clients during delivery and pickup.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any required paperwork, such as logbooks and inspection reports, pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the waste management, construction, or related industries.
• Ability to lead and motivate sales team to achieve lead generation, appointment setting, and pipeline tracking targets.
• Valid CDL Class A or B driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to operate CDL Class A or B roll-off trucks safely and efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
