What does a Route Processing Clerk do at Swire Coca-Cola?
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of revenues and customer billings by audit of all delivery transactions.
Responsibilities include:
- Check in and record all money collections from route personnel
- Accurately count, deposit, and secure all money collected each day
- Balance and reconcile local cash funds
- Audit all paperwork from route personnel to ensure accuracy
- Document retention management to ensure accessibility of documents for future use
- Monitor all local delivery routes for timely completion
- Coordinate resolution of any errors that prevent finalization Route Processing
- Correspond with route personnel to research and resolve any route variances
- Maintain open and clear communication with cross functional teams
- Manage and distribute necessary supplies
- Price corrections
- Customer Accounts Receivable research
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent degree/certificate
- Cash balancing experience preferred
- Accurate data entry, 10 Key by touch
- Basic computer application skills (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently
- This role may involve standing, kneeling and lifting and may involve working in an environment where there is sufficient noise.
