How You Will Make an Impact:

• Act as a backup to the route drivers; running routes when drivers are out and running special deliveries.
• Maintain working, well stocked, and clean vending machines, Micro Markets, and/or coffee/water services on various routes.
• Enhance customer relations through professional and friendly customer service.
• Visit key accounts regularly and address customer needs and requests promptly and respond to customer complaints as they arise.
• Accurately record inventory information to relay back to the warehouse.
• Be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Valid driver's license (standard operator's license, CDL not required)
• Minimum of five (5) years safe driving experience
• Previous route driving experience highly preferred
• Inventory or merchandising experience preferred
• Experience using smart phones and apps
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience operating a two or four wheeled hand-truck a plus
Ability to work early morning hours starting at 5am, Monday thru Friday (Saturday route once every 3 months, or more if desired
• -additional pay for this route)
• Must be able to lift product up to 50 pounds, while loading and unloading a truck
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Route Jump Driver Benefits:

• $46k-$60k a year (pay is either base rate of $900/week or a percentage of the commission, whichever is higher)
