Route Driver (Shredding Truck) 2-4 Days Per Weeks

The Route Driver positions at Lock Tight Shredding are physically demanding. It is not uncommon for a single employee to “handle” and process 7,000 to 10,000 pounds of paper in a single shift via lifting, dumping, rolling, pushing and pulling. While Routes are planned for 8 hours, it is not uncommon to have a much longer day depending on traffic conditions and unforeseen job conditions. You must be able to climb in and out of commercial vehicles. Employees are expected to move and walk with safety, energy, and purpose.Our Route Driver shredding service technicians are the faces of Lock Tight Shredding, trusted to handle client materials and engage with clients and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner. This position calls for a significant amount of physical strength and stamina and dependability for our continued businesses growth.Must have experience driving a truck as a Route Driver. When not driving will be out as a helper. Must be mechanically incline.

Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, hardworking, have a clean driving record and possess excellent customer service skills and basic writing and math skills. must have a clean record and driver's license. (NO FELONIES)!
