Route Coordinator

Job Title: Route/Schedule Coordinator

Job Overview:

Nature’s Turf is seeking to add a highly organized and detail-oriented Routing Scheduler to join our scheduling team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing and coordinating the routing of our fleet, ensuring timely lawn and pest services are rendered, and responding to client inquiries and rescheduling requests.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Route Planning:
- Develop and optimize routes to ensure timely services are rendered.
- Utilize routing software and tools to create efficient routes based on factors like vehicle/driver capacity, drive time, and treatment time.

2. Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with supervisor, branch managers, and support team to communicate route assignments and any changes to the schedule.
- Act as a central point of contact for routing-related inquiries and issues.
- Monitor communication between technicians and our support team via our CRM software.
- Communicate with clients via phone calls and our texting platform.

Qualifications:

- Ability to learn and gain proficiency in routing software.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with Metro-Atlanta area is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
