Big River Gaming, LLC is a fast-growing market leader in the entertainment industry providing best-in-class music, pool, darts, arcade games and ATMs. The Collector works independently in a traveling field role in support of Big River Gaming servicing client locations including bars, restaurants, veteran organizations, fraternal organizations and truck stops.
The Collector responsibilities include but are not limited to executing collections in compliance with company policies, installing, moving, maintaining and servicing amusement devices and ATMs; loading and unloading supplies and equipment. The Collector will work in an environment where route and daily tasks will change frequently. The successful candidate is highly organized and possesses excellent communications skills. This position is also directly responsible for providing a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- COLLECTIONS - Collect coin and currency from customer locations and perform auditing procedures on amusement devices and ATMs. Required to drive company vehicle throughout the entirety of the collections process.
- PLANNING - Prioritize service requests according to urgency and location by communicating with teammates and customer location to efficiently manage issues
- SERVICE - Learn and implement electronic and mechanical repair and trouble-shooting methods. Respond to service calls for equipment repairs in a timely manner
- REPORTING – Accurately complete necessary paperwork and electronic reporting to properly document access to equipment as well as the movement of company assets to and from customer locations. Return all valuables handled throughout the workday at the end of shift.
- CUSTOMER SERVICE - Professionally and politely interact with location owners, staff and players to solve issues as they arise
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient with smartphone technology and basic computer functions
- High attention to detail. Must be able to calculate figures accurately. Excellent ethics and integrity
- Strong verbal and written communications skills. Legible handwriting
- Ability to work with limited supervision and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid Driver’s License. Travel to locations required.
- Must be 18 years or age or older
- Ability to lift 65lbs
